Why This Service Exists
Finding a concrete provider is slow. Quotes arrive in different formats. Scopes do not match. Prices are hard to compare.
Our goal is simple: written estimates first. When you hold two or three clear estimates side by side, the decision gets easier.
How Matching Works
You send a short request. It covers the project type, the rough size and your location. We pass it to providers in our network that serve your area. A provider then contacts you to discuss the job.
You can talk to more than one. That is the point. Compare, then decide.
Extra Care for Older Homes
Older houses need a different approach. Aging slabs may be cracked or uneven. Past repairs can hide drainage problems. Old forms or buried debris may turn up during demolition.
We encourage homeowners to mention these details up front. Old slab, new plan. A provider who knows the history can price the job more accurately.
Photos of cracks, stains or low spots are useful. So is a note about where water pools after rain.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Give clear, written estimates.
- Explain the prep, base, thickness and finish.
- Be honest about what they find on site.
- Respect your decision, whatever it is.
Providers hold their own licenses and insurance where required. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour, repair or finish concrete. We do not set prices. We do not handle your contract or your payment. Those matters are between you and the provider.
We also do not handle repair or customer-service calls. This service is for new concrete projects.
How We Are Paid
Providers may pay a referral fee when they receive a qualified request. Homeowners pay nothing to submit a request. Using the service does not oblige you to hire anyone.
