How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Enoughpain Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Enoughpain Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Enoughpain Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@enoughpain.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unsettled?
If our answer does not resolve the matter, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
